Admission

The minimum age required to register in a course at IELE is 14; there is no maximum age limit. No prior knowledge of Spanish is required.

Registration

The student must present a complete registration along with a €150 reservation. Registration confirmation will be sent once the course reservation deposit has been received (€150). This deposit will be deducted from the total price of the course.

Prices

All the courses, except for the course in the teacher’s home which already include didactic material, include the loan of material with the option to buy.

In the preparatory courses for official exams (DELE) the examination fees are not included in the price.

The cost of optional activities (excursions) are not included in the coure price.

Housing

This is optional with a finders fee supplement of €65 per person for any type of accommodation.

The reservation and address will be confirmed with the student at least 10 days before the commencement of the course.

If a shortage of accommodation occurs the places will be designated on a strictly “first come first served” basis. During the Easter and Fair periods, accommodation prices increase because it is high season in Seville.

Accommodation prices do not include the prices of the course except in the case of the course in the teacher’s home.

Collection Service

IELE has an optional transfer service from the airport or station to the accommodation location. The price of this supplement is €90 one way. If the student contracts this service, it is essential that they send us a recent photograph for recognition, although there will be a duly identified IELE person at the airport. This service is included in the Spanish course at the teacher’s home.

Insurance

Students are not insured for the different activities of the centre. It is advisable to take out personal insurance which covers all risks.

IELE does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of any kind.

Cancellation

The school management reserves the right to cancel an under subscribed course. In this case any payment made by the student will be reimbursed in full.

In the case of a student cancelling, written notice must be sent.

• If the cancellation occurs 15 days before the course start any payment made will be reimbursed in full.
• If the cancellation occurs within the last 15 days before the start of the course, the course payment will be reimbursed but not the enrolment fee of  €150.  This amount can be transferred to another course any time within the same year.
• If the cancellation occurs on the same day as the course starts you will not be able to reclaim any reimbursement whatever the reason.

Holidays 2023

Official bank holidays cannot be recuperated.

Official holidays 2023: February 28, March 1, April 6 and 7, October 12, November 1, December 6 and 8.

Christmas holidays 2023-24: from December 24, 2023 to January 6, 2024. Classes start on January 8, 2024. During the Christmas holidays the school is closed. For long-term courses, these two weeks are not counted in the price.
