How do I enrol?

  • Fill in and sign the enrolment form and send it to IELE as soon as possible by mail, fax or as a PDF document via e-mail. In some cases we can accept last-minute reservations by fax, telephone or e-mail.
  • Send the enrolment form together with the advance course reservation payment of 120 € (international check or bank transfer). The 120 € course reservation fee will be deducted from the total of your course.
  • Upon receiving your enrolment form and advance payment, IELE will send you an Enrolment Certificate and an invoice for the remaining amount due (including accommodation supplements and the fee for airport retrieval if these services have been requested). This certificate can be used to apply for a student visa (if necessary). You must bring the certificate with you when you come to Spain since it can be useful in immigration control.

The balance of the invoice should be paid before arrival to Spain or on the day of your arrival to the school in the form of cash or credit card.

How do I pay for my course?

There are two possibilities:

  1. From your contry of residence by:
    • A postal/cash order to IELE.
    • A bank transfer to: Please request your Bank to convey your transactions to Spain through BANCO POPULAR ESPAÑOL - Swift:POPUESMM (All branches) - Our International Bank Account Number is: ES53 0075 0327 0206 0117 0971
  2. Upon arrival to the school by:
    • Cash payment
    • Credit card payment (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard)
      Personal checks and traveller's cheques are not accepted.
    • Remember that if you send your payment from your country of residence, you must bring the receipts and other documentation of your payment with you when you arrive at IELE.

How do I pay for my housing?

  • Please refer to the "Housing" section for the cost of your accommodation and finder's fee.
  • With families and flatshares, payment is made directly to the head of the household on arrival, and always within the first 3 days of your stay.
  • For an accommodation with a Residence Hall you must pay the amount due upon arrival. Normally this can be done in cash, credit card or bank transfer.

RECEPTION: With the Enrolment Certificate, we will provide you with the information about what time you should arrive to the school on your first day. When you arrive you will have a brief interview with a teacher to determine your level and if you have not already paid the balance of your course, the remaining amount should be paid.
