HOUSING ARRANGEMENTS

For an additional small fee, IELE makes housing arrangements in accordance to the student's request. This service is already included in the price of the Course in the Instructor's Home.

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS

CULTURAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

IELE offers a number of activities that students can take advantage of to complement their classroom learning. There are activities available to students free of charge and others that are incur an additional charge.

Activities in this category range from things like an hour-long guitar class to a weekend excursion away from the city. IELE works with a number of student travel agencies and activity providers to offer a wide variety of adventures to enhance your experience in Seville.

PICKING UP STUDENTS AT THE AIRPORT

We are happy to come and fetch you from the airport or train station when you arrive and will deliver you to your housing accommodation. This is an optional service with an additional charge. If you do take advantage of this service, we ask that you send a recent photo of yourself and you will receive a photo in advance of the IELE person meeting you to ensure that your arrival goes as smoothly as possible.

The cost of this service is included in the prices of the Course in the Teacher's Home.

THE DEPARTMENT OF ATTENTION TO THE STUDENT

IELE has a student assistance department available free of charge to all enrolled in the school. This allows students to solicit assistance, request information, contribute suggestions or register complaints.

Our department of assistance for students offers the following services:

• Orientation and assessment
• A telephone number where our staff may be contacted 24 hours a day
• Management of complaints
• Up to date information regarding cultural, social and sporting activities organized in Seville and Andalusia.
