IELE offers a complete range of courses throughout the year in an effort to meet the needs of each student. You can choose a course that lasts anywhere from one week to one year.

Each class lasts 60 minutes.

There are 11 basic programs to choose from:

GENERAL CONDITIONS

ADMISSION To register for an IELE course, the minimum age requirement is 14 years of age. There is not, however, a maximum age limit. It is not necessary to have any previous knowledge of Spanish nor have a higher education degree.

REGISTRATION Students must send the completed and signed enrollment form via mail or email. Enrolment confirmation will be sent once the course reservation deposit is received (120 €). This deposit will be deducted from the total price of your course. If this is paid by bank transfer we would appreciate a photocopy of the receipt.

PRICES The price of all the courses includes the basic materials needed for the course. In the preparatory courses for official exams (DELE and Chamber of Commerce) the examination fees are not included in the price. The cost of optional activities (excursions) are not included in the course price.

COURSE PAYMENT Please refer to the section "Registration Process".

HOUSING The arrangement of housing is optional and there is a 35 € finders fee per person for any type of accommodation. The housing reservation and address will be confirmed with the student at least 10 days before the commencement of the course. If a shortage of accommodation occurs, housing will be designated on a "first come first served" basis.

In the case of the "Course in Teacher's Home", the price of housing is already included in the course fee.

TRANSPORTATION IELE offers an optional transportation service from the airport or bus/train station to your housing arrangement, upon your arrival. The price of this service starts at 45 €, one way. If the student wishes to take advantage of this service, we ask that you send us a recent photo of yourself for easy reconition, although there will also be a person from IELE that you will be able to properly identify in the airport or bus/train station.

INSURANCE IELE does not have an insurance plan for its students although it is advisable that students obtain personal insurance prior to their arrival. If the student is not already covered by their own insurance plan, IELE recommends Mapfre, a Spanish insurance agency (for more information, please see www.mapfre.com). IELE does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of any kind.

CANCELLATION IELE reserves the right to cancel a course if there is an insufficient number of students enrolled. In this case the student is guaranteed that full reimbursement will be issued.

If the student decides to cancel his or her course, written notice must be sent. If the student cancels more than 15 days before the course start date, any payment that has already been made will be reimbursed in full. If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the state date, the course payment will be reimbursed but the enrollment fee of 120 € will not be reimbursed. However, this amount can be transferred to another course any time within the same year. If the cancellation occurs on the same day as the course starts, the student will not be reimbursed regardless of the reason for cancellation.

HOLIDAYS Official bank holidays cannot be recuperated.

Christmas vacations 2012-13: From December 24, 2012 until January 6, 2013. Classes resume on January 07, 2013.
